Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Knock AI (an unincorporated project) is committed to ensuring that Knock AI is accessible to all users, including users of screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, and voice control software. We regard any accessibility barrier within the Service as a defect and prioritize its remediation accordingly.
Conformance Status
We endeavor to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard generally applied under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Knock AI is presently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance indicates that the majority of the Service satisfies the applicable success criteria, that a comprehensive independent audit has not yet been completed, and that certain deficiencies remain outstanding, particularly within the campaign creation workflow and the message review interface. We will update this statement as remediation progresses.
Accessibility Measures
The Service currently incorporates the following measures:
- Semantic HTML markup, such that headings, lists, and landmark regions are conveyed programmatically.
- Keyboard operability for all interactive controls, together with a visible focus indicator.
- Programmatically associated labels for form fields, with validation errors conveyed by means other than color alone.
- A minimum text contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against background, with color not used as the sole means of conveying information.
- Support for reflow at a viewport width of 320 pixels and for zoom to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.
- Decorative motion only, subject to the
prefers-reduced-motionuser preference.
Known Limitations
We are presently aware of the following limitations:
- The live contact feed updates dynamically, and screen reader announcements within that region may be verbose or may be presented out of sequence.
- Certain third-party components, including the Stripe billing portal and the Google OAuth consent screen, are outside our control. Each such vendor maintains its own accessibility program.
- Charts presented on the analytics page convey information visually. Text alternatives are in development.
Feedback and Barrier Reporting
If you encounter any barrier to your use of Knock AI, please contact us at support@tryknockai.com and include the page concerned, the task you were attempting to complete, and the assistive technology you were using. We endeavor to acknowledge all such reports within three (3) business days and to remediate confirmed barriers on a priority basis. Where immediate remediation is not practicable, we will provide an anticipated timeframe and will offer an alternative means of completing the task in the interim.
Formal Complaints
If our response does not resolve your concern, you may submit a written complaint to the address set forth below, marked for the attention of the accessibility lead. This statement is reviewed on at least an annual basis and upon any significant modification to the user interface.
